PHF now offers construction management services.  Acting on behalf of the home owner, PHF will assist in project design, budgeting, scheduling and supervision of the actual construction.  We provide value to your home as we work collaboratively with our design professionals to present cost-saving methods and provide input on material selection.  PHF will prepare multiple bid packages, as we do on own renovations, to ensure each project is bid competitively.

Careful planning in the pre-construction phase significantly reduces the impact of costly change orders once construction begins.  PHF with it's team of professionals will ensure a quality product for every client.
